Yellowfin Tuna Loins (Sashimi Grade ~ 2.5kg)


Each loin is about 2.5kg.  The loin is vacuumed packed, treated at ultra-low temperature of -60 deg C and then kept frozen for freshness. To be processed before consumption.

Our freshly caught yellowfin tuna are specially selected and of exceptional quality. We only process those of sashimi  (AAA) grade which have deep rich red appearance and a firm texture.  The aroma is a combination of sweetness with a bit of a salty sharpness. The loin is from the top half of the fish and if meaty and of the highest quality.

Tuna meat also contains Selenium, Vit B Complex, iron, sodium and the richness of Omega-3 fatty acids which are essential for healthy growth.
