Hawaiian Ahi poke Recipe
- 300g of Ahi Tuna cubes
- 1/4 cup of soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon finely crumpled dried seaweed
- 1/3 cup finely cup green onions
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon roasted macadamia nuts
Making Sushi is not as hard as it seems. You’ll need a rice cooker, some good Japanese short grain rice and a Saku block of Tuna, besides the Soyu and wasabi!
This is perhaps the easiest to make. Slice the tuna according to Chef Hiro in the video and you’ll be able to enjoy the superb taste of tuna sashimi. Don’t forget the soyu and wasabi. A good sake to accompany this dish is a must!
