Hawaiian Ahi poke Recipe

  • 300g of Ahi Tuna cubes
  • 1/4 cup of soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon finely crumpled dried seaweed
  • 1/3 cup finely cup green onions
  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon roasted macadamia nuts

Making Sushi is not as hard as it seems. You’ll need a rice cooker, some good Japanese short grain rice and a Saku block of Tuna, besides the Soyu and wasabi!
